Four Seasons was a celebration of the colours found in the leaves of our backyard gum trees, as the crisp morning light shines on them. From a series created as I began to shift focus from purely botanicals to our Australian bush.
This artwork in acrylic paint is a large statement piece which has found it’s new home in a beautifully renovated town house and features in pride of place above a mantlepiece, in a formal lounge room. The owner and I admired its many colours and remarked how welcoming it made the space as you arrived.
