Grevillia flowers are almost irrisitable to birds and are a constant source of nectar to the bees. I have grown a selection of varieties in my native garden which flower almost all year round and the constant activity around and in the bushy shrubs can be observed daily. Ranging in almost a full range of colours from palest cream to bright reds they are an attractive and intriguing flowering native, with unique flowers unlike many seen in cottage style gardens.
